Feb 21,2019THEY ARE VILLIANS AND WILL NOT HELP YOU. Be careful when you deal with them as I thought my money was being sent to my creditors, but it all went to their fees and now I am in a much worse off position and screwed.

Jan 14,2019I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY SAID THEY WERE HELPING ME AND ALL THE MONEY I PAID HAS GONE INTO THEIR POCKETS. I WAS DEPRESSED WHEN I FIRST SPOKE TO THEM AND NOW I AM CLOSE TO JUST KILLING MYSELF. THEY WON'T REPLY MESSAGES, A GUY CALLED JAKE VERY RUDE. MY CREDITORS HAVE ATTACKED ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. THEY FORCE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE DISCUSSED AFFORDABILITY. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME AS I AM CONSUMED WITH DEPRESSION AFTER FINDING OUT THAT I HAVE NOT PAID A SINGLE POUND BACK TO THE CREDITORS

Dec 12,2018I was phoned and told that my debts could be halved or even quashed by debt compare . I was told something like paying them £80 per month for round about 3 months would be all I had to do. They warn you not to have contact with the company concerned as they'd try to talk me out of this great deal. I still have to pay£80 per month but £40 of it goes to debt compare. I really thought they were passing the money on as the call did not state there was a fee after the deal went through. I was initially disappointed that I couldn't get the total reduced but I appreciated that even though it would take a lot longer to pay off it was a more affordable rate and I'd already paid my three months. Outrageously I'm paying them as much for absolutely nothing as the whole debt. I'm sure they'll find a loophole whereby I've missed something deliberately made vague but at this moment in time cannot think what. I asked to cancel and was told they needed a months notice which as bad as that is makes me think if they were covered legally that wouldn't be offered. Steer clear cause it's basically doubling vulnerable people's debts

Nov 02,2018Awful awful awful! If your in debt and looking for help. These are the WORST people to come to, they are rude and actually leave you in a worse situation than you started off.

Sep 28,2018I have been in contact with them countless times, making sure agreements are in place. I then have companies ringing me telling me they have not heard from debt compare. I ring them they apologize and I'm told that its now in hand and they will be in contact with them and myself to keep me informed. The month rolls on and i get phone calls again and so the circle continues. I am told to call back on a Saturday as someone will be able to help. i ring on a Saturday and they can only take payments, each time i have called, i am promised a call back/that a certain person will call me they never do

Jul 03,2018I would like too say thank you to Luke who did everything he could too help me through the process of my IVA. Although I am still waiting for it to be approved he was totally honest and so helpful and he made me feel at ease and explained everything and kept in touch even after my initial call with credit fix. I now feel that I have a little more headspace and am not so worried about my finances

Jun 27,2018After reading a not so nice review that,creditfix froze bank accounts I was wondering weather to go ahead,total nonsense!im now not hiding when the door knocks worrying who's behind it,an no longer worried to open my own mail!!I advise anyone in debt there is help out there,your not alone,give credit fix a call there agents go above and beyond to help you,thank u all for your help ☺️

Feb 25,2019I was really reluctant to answer the phone after the initial enquiry, but once i did i was so nervous as took first step in sorting my situation out. Every one i spoke with was so helpful and didnt judge me for asking for help. I would definitely reccomend this to any one. I have piece of mind knowing im only paying what i can afford and no hidden surprises. Thank you all.
