Apr 10,2019They phoned me when I was at my most vulnerable ..... four months on .... two hundred pounds out of pocket and still in debt 😡😡 I got nothing from telephone calls I received no help no reassurance nothing..... would not recommend .... all they have done is given me more debt

Apr 08,2019Most rude unprofessional company not even licensed under FCA to provide debt management services. Signed up my elderly mother who has suffered a stroke then refused to let her cancel. One agent in particular gill brooks arguing with me that stepchange the registered charity does not provide a free debt advice service. Stay well clear and do yourself a favour and contact stepchange if you find yourself in this situation
