Mar 05,2019I had some issues, due me going away that I was unable to receive the standing orders forms through post after speaking with, Abdul on the phone. He was able to calm me down and was also able to sort it out. He also was able to rush my pack through before I went anyway so I was able to set it up. I would defiantly rate this company and spread it to family and colleagues they have helped me hell of lot over the past year of sorting my financial standing. Very quick to help you with any problems or questions you may have and explain anything you don't understand very well. Great company, very polite to talk to and easy to understand.

It look a while to get things in place but once set up it’s been great as have built a relationship with my account manager. Tierney is amazing, whenever I speak to her nothing is a problem & she goes above & beyond to sort out anything.

Feb 27,2019I've dealt with a few people and had issues but then started dealing with RIZ and I have nothing bad to say. He is such a nice and friendly person but remains professional throughout and can still connect with you. This quality is very rare to find in people who deal with customers on a daily basis, coming from someone who deals with customers daily aswell. Riz has done so much to help me and I cannot thank him enough. I have recommended family and friends and recommend that they speak to Riz as I really can not fault him and can truly say that without him I would of stopped using debt compare.
