Mar 16,2022I wished I had read the reviews before purchasing a picture from this company! My picture arrived also coming apart at the mitres before we had even unwrapped it. It was clear that the flimsy plastic frame was not fit to support such a heavy glazed picture but Philip at Decor Interiors actually asked if we had not unpacked it properly and then said it must have been damaged during delivery. He did arrange a courier to pick the return up but when the picture arrived back it was further damaged - no surprise that the frame had now completely come apart but the glass was broken too. This was again blamed on our packaging when the picture was not fit for purpose in the first place. Fortunately I obtained a full refund from PayPal.

Jan 14,2022Had a large painting delivered and as it has hung for a few days I noticed the corner of the frame has started to separate. I reached out to customer services, and to leave a bad review in here before someone would come back to me, to be offered some money off as they had no items in stock (even though their website had 3 in stock) After this I was then offered a replacement - and was asked if I had the original packaging to send the item back in - why would I when I had already hung the item on the wall. Asked if they could send me some packaging to get the item back to them and have had to chase several time for any information. Finally had someone come back to me calling me the wrong name and just refusing to help come to a resolution. Disgusting customer service, will not use them again, cannot recall a time I have had worse service.
