Oct 05,2021I placed my order for a lantern. It arrived in a few days. However, I had ordered the wrong size and it was way too big. I rang the shop who told me I could return it at a cost to me. They organised the courier and were very helpful. In the meantime I ordered the correct size and I'm very happy with my purchase. I have also received my refund.

Sep 07,2021Great store with a wonderful interiors selection. Staff are friendly and helpful too. I ordered online (very straightforward), bit my order was delayed due to covid/brexit. The staff were great keeping me updated and even offered a refund. Unfortunately my purchase didn't quite match as intended, but the returns process was easy and the refund sorted quickly.
