Absolutely delighted to have found this company to buy paint from and I adored their planters so bought one and we call it Tree Beard. Delivery was on time and everything was packed perfectly, will definitely buy from again and will recommend to everyone.

Product did not arrive when it was scheduled so I contacted the business & was told it was out of stock ( even though they took payment,told me it was being delivered & showed 1 left in stock when I ordered it ) product finally arrived & was broken in 2 places ) hassle trying to get it picked up ( another day of my time wasted as no time slot can be given) Courier didn’t arrive on the day .. parcel was by my gate & I was in so another day wasted ) Finally picked up & I had decided to just get them to replace it but changed my mind because of the attitude of the member of staff emailing me … disbelieved that I wasn’t in on one of the days the courier was coming … no calling card left … still attitude. I then decided I had wasted 4 days trying to get this product delivered & picked up so I asked for a refund . Shame as I really liked the item but not the hassle , disappointment & attitude.

Can’t really rate you properly yet as I still haven’t received my order. I placed my order on 24th June, received an email saying it had been shipped on 28th June and have heard nothing since. It is now 12th July. I emailed on 4th July and was told ‘This should be with you in the next day or 2 the courier will send you a message regarding your delivery day’. I hadn’t heard anything from the courier by 8th July so emailed again and today on 12th July I have had no response or updates. I don’t mind the wait but was hoping for some information as to when it might arrive as it is for a birthday present. Instead I have been ignored and had only very vague information. I am very disappointed especially as I paid £29.95 for the delivery.

My artwork arrived in pristine condition with no damage at all to the massive carrier box that it was contained in! Excellent in my opinion.

Fantastic company. Paint never arrived, so they immediately sent a new tin upon receiving my email. Then chased up the second tin which ended in them refunding my money due to issues with Royal Mail delivering. Amazingly quick to respond and deal with problems thst aren't even down to them. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.....if royal mail could sort themselves out!!!
