Disappointed to find out that our order (that stated 1-2 weeks delivery) would be delayed by 3 weeks, but with Covid, I expected some sort of delay. I replied simply to ask if they had a date for delivery (or even a rough estimate of the week) but no reply- again, contacted a second time on Friday and still no reply! Beginning to wonder if I’ll see my order at all!

The customer service has been really helpful and very quick to respond. I notified them about a broken glass shelf which happened in transit and a replacement was sent out to me very quickly.

Couldn't supply the table I had ordered for several weeks. Contacted me immediately and made refund quickly. Although I haven't actually purchased from them the customer service was very good.

A lovelly company. Ordered a beautiful pure whit pompom blanket. They constantly kept me up to date with the delivery and it arrived swiftly. Ordered another!

Still waiting for my money back. An item arrived and was damaged probably during delivery for a supposedly scratch resistant item. I decided to send this item back, sent photos etc. They are even making a claim against the delivery company. Now they are delaying providing me with my refund stating that a bag of screws are missing. I even had to send paperwork back to the parcel company. I do not have the item, it has been returned to the company therefore there should be no delays or excuses in me getting my money back. Furthermore this dispute is between them and parcel force. In addition if the item is fragile and you marked it as fragile, other organisations would have packaged the item appropriately for example putting internal packages such as additional boxes, bubble wrap or other protective gear. I shop from M&S, Ikea, many furniture companies and their items are packaged appropriately. I will never deal with these small companies again because you have to spend your time, days and weeks fighting to get your money back. Basically you end up not having the item and also waiting and dealing with disputes to get your money back. Next time deal with well known organisations as this is too stressful. These people are unethical.
