Mar 06,2025I was originally a little nervous about my consult, since it took me a bit to get on their calendar, but after about 5 minutes with Marissa, I knew it was going to be a great experience and I was in good hands. I was looking for a new provider for my TRT, so I have experience with the process. My consult with Marissa was the most thorough I have had. She was kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I truly appreciate her listening and addressing all my concerns and questions about my medication change. I really felt like she had my best interest at heart. The consult wasn't rushed and soon after, I started getting communication about our consult (recap notes) and what the next steps were (which Marisa also went over). The portal is user friendly and I love all the recap notes from our sessions. Although I wrote stuff down, sometimes things get lost in translation, so the provider notes are helpful to refer to if need be. The day of our consult, I received follow up communication on all fronts and my medication was being processed. I'm very happy with my service and I'm looking forward to continuing my health journey with Defy.
