At 6:30pm, I called back in. I was told that she would be available at 7pm. I had already waited over an hour for a call and had things to do so had to reschedule to a different day.

When I first started with Defy, I had asked for Ben Walker but was told he was booked out for a few months. The wait was worth it and now I know that I am in good hands with Ben Walker.
