May 28,2021Name of customer was my husband Mr Paul Bradshaw. On arrival, i was personally greeted by Des Gosling, i found him to be very friendly and accomadating ( you know what i mean Des). He explained what would be happening in great detail. When i arrived to pick my car up i found all the members of his team to be approachable and my new hoist and how to use it , was explained to me very well. The cost of the hoist and fitting was so good i travelled to Derby from Plymouth which saved me £300 even after taking out the cost of 2 nights in a hotel plus food and fuel costs. May 26,2021I had a hoist fitted for the second time. The first time my boot opener was broken during fitting and i was charged to have an emergency switched fitted as my wheelchair was locked in the boot which i was charged 180 pounds for on this occasion I thought wise to ask for the emergency switch to be fitted with the hoist sadly my boot opener was again broken whilst fitting the hoist but instead of taking responsibility des gosling wanted to charge me an extra 180 pounds for disabling my boot and fitting the emergency switch even though a call out had been charged with original hoist fitting and 4 hours allowed for hoist to be fitted in the original price the engineer was here at 12.39pm till 4.40pm so for one minute extra they want 180 pounds they then said they would take 40 pounds off as I had already paid the 60.pounds call out fee bear in mind this is all in one call out and to get the boot fixed at the main dealer is going to cost 433.65p. I did try to get a compromise but after many emails this was not possible so they are still asking.me to pay an extra 140 pounds when i am already out of pocket 433.65p because of the work they did and were paid for. Also need to purchase a seat belt at 95 pounds so that my chair is secure. As I have said there have been numerous emails since the 17th May to try and resolve this amicably and I do not put this review lightly saddens me to have to do this as have had good dealings with the company in the past but feel their customer service at the present time needs looking into and sadly they have become greedy rather than reasonable sadly looks.like.many bad reviews at this time

This helped me to choose the car that was exactly right for me to fit my mobility scooter in without losing all of the boot space. May 19,2021Really helpful staff, wish I had involved them BEFORE selecting my vehicle as it would have made for a lot less searching and eventually ordering a vehicle without seeing it ( due to covid restrictions). It was a leap of faith but once my adaptations had been discussed with Goslings I Was assured everything would fit in fine. The whole process was handled professionally and I was informed at all stages. And when I took delivery of my vehicle all adaptations had been neatly installed and are good quality and easy to use. Have used Goslings before and would use them again. Highly recommend them and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Jun 16,2021Had a Hoist fitted in my New Peugeot it was done so I could lift Two folding scooters in there folded state The Engineer that did the work did a Fantastic job and I'm very Grateful for his help and the all the Correspondents I had with Ann over the phone. Thank you to all Just a quire don't you get a mat to protect the Bumper anymore only I had one with Last one I had.
