I ordered a selection of items as a gift and after requesting if it were possible for a gift note to be added, these were lovingly and beautifully wrapped and a card added for me with my message. Nicci was extremely helpful and communicative by email. Thank you, I'm sure my friend will love the gift and can't wait to use you again.

I’d ordered something for my son and the wrong item was in the box, within 2 hours Nicci had a replacement ordered which arrived the following morning (it was a birthday present). She kept me updated the whole time, it’s the best service I’ve received, especially considering I ordered online. Thank you so much.

I didn't actually realise that gift wrapping was an option until the store contacted me after I had completed my online order and gave me several gift wrap options.
