I visited on Saturday, 28th December feeling very anxious and stressed for fir a gift for me newborn Granddaughter who lives in New Zealand and she even helped me wrap the gift which was very much appreciated. I left the shop feeling much happier, THANK YOU Nicci you went far and beyond customer service.
