This was an amazing gift for my friend's first baby. It was wrapped perfectly and got there very quickly. The communication with the seller was top notch and they were so friendly.

One of the items I ordered was showing available but I was informed that it wasn’t actually available. The customer service was excellent - I was offered a refund or replacement and also a code for a discount on a future purchase. Once this was sorted (v quickly) I received my order within a couple of days and my daughter and son-in-law loved all the purchases for my grandson. Thank you for excellent customer service - it’s always appreciated and my daughter and I will definitely purchase again as we also love your ethics 😊

Eco Baby Box has such a fantastic selection of high quality of ethical & eco conscious products. My purchases were beautifully gift wrapped at no extra cost. What a wonderful company. I ordered the Lemon Hooded Towel and it arrived so quickly, beautifully packaged and I love the towel. It's super soft and exactly what I wanted. Can't wait to give our daughter her first bath and wrap her up in it. Thank you!!

I was looking to put together a custom box of baby gifts for a friend when I came across Eco Baby Box. They have an excellent selection of items - from clothes to books to toys. Everything was gift wrapped beautifully and Nicci included a handwritten message on my behalf.

I recently bought a gift for a friend from Eco Baby Box. I had a great experience with the customer service as I contacted them to include a message and gift wrapping. Nicci responded straightaway and even sent me a photo of the present gift-wrapped (beautifully) before she sent it. The delivery was really quick and my friend loved her present. I will definitely be using them again to buy baby gifts for other friends and would highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful eco-friendly gifts.

Great to have a local shop selling excellent clothes for babies and toddlers and so much more - toys and eco friendly toiletries. In fact I will have to visit again to see what else is on sale. Friendly and helpful staff.
