Feb 18,2025This is the third bed I ordered from DFI. The bed is nice but they are losing points for two things. 1) The first delivery apt they gave me never came so I had to wait an additional week after arranging someone to be home on the first set day. 2) The bed delivered was not the bed I ordered. The colour is completely different. In fact, they no longer do the bed I ordered but it is still on the website. The team did offer to make me an alternative colour but I just kept the one they delivered. It's nice. Just not the one I had hoped for (excuse the pun).
