Product quality great , but service on delivery days crap. First time accessories weren’t available so bed delivered separately and delivery a day late two weeks in a row because of puncture, rehearsed line if I ever heard it . Or a very unlucky driver 😳

We had been looking for a pink bed for my daughter and originally ordered one from Next and after waiting over a month and it still not arrived we canceled our order and looked local. I ordered on Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday! Paul the delivery guy was great with explaining how to assemble the bed which was super easy. I will highly recommend them to everybody now, the bed is beautiful!

Delivery was on time and was carried out by a most friendly person. The lady I dealt with on the phone while choosing the type of bed and placing the order could not have been more helpful. Bed looks really well and is super comfy.

From the sales girl in the shop to the delivery lad, the service was first class and fast. Having had a week's sleep on our new mattress we are delighted with comfort. We would recommend DFI to everyone.
