Fantastic service, easy ordering, and customer service are extremely helpful. I ordered my bed on a Wednesday morning and recieved an email that it would be delivered on the Friday. I contacted DFI through their webchat to see if they could give me an estimated time as I would have to be at home. I was told if I contacted them on the Thursday afternoon they would be able to tell me, which they did. Bed is beautiful and just as expected and so comfy. Would have no hesitation in buying again or recommending

Just got my lovely bed and mattress, delivery on time and the driver was amazing helpful and send text when he would arrive , the customer service online chat was brilliant very friendly and helpful and had all the help I need it , I can only recommend them , quality is awesome ☺️ absolutely happy 😃 Thank You for my nice new bed 😊🤗

I got a double bed with pillows, duvet and sheet. It was a great deal and really good quality. It was delivered within a few days and the delivery man was more than helpful. I give DFI beds 5 stars and highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a bed and was very delighted with my purchase and the service. The bed was reasonably priced, and was delivered 2 days later which I couldn't believe! The delivery man was excellent and made it up for me and took away the rubbish. Would buy from here again!
