My great experience started from the customer service that I chatted with via the website. She was very helpful and provided me with some good advise in deciding on the mattress to buy. The mattress arrived as planned and my first night on it was fantastic! I am currently enjoying the new mattress. Hopefully it will last long for me.

Ordered a double divan bed without mattress as I had my own and it is fabulous for such a cheap price ! Also ordered a single bed and mattress (however at booking forgot to click mattress) but was delivered next day. Great customer service and Delivery drivers bang on time if not earlier great communication throughout the delivery schedule. Will definitely be recommending and ordering if needed again.

Seamless order and delivery. Delivery driver named Paul was so polite and helpful. He gave a day’s notice of when he would arrive and arrived exactly on time. Excellent service and would not hesitate to order from this company again. Will definitely recommend.

A great experience using DFI beds excellent service. Excellent staff the secretary was most helpful and considerate. The delivery man was very friendly and helpful. As I live on an offshore island it makes delivery more confined to ferry times. This was not a problem for DFI they wrapped everything so carefully and delivered directly to the ferry and helped to load and secure everything. A very pleasant experience. Will purchase again good standards and excellent quality goods. Thank you again for everything and your advice and support is greatly appreciated.

I ordered a mattress unfortunately it didn't suit the bed frame..but the service was excellent. Emailed to organise pick up and was collected in a few days. I will definitely be using them again.

I bought two mattresses from Dfi with a short gap between purchases. Every person I spoke to when I rang this company were excellent to deal with...very friendly, very efficient and very knowledgeable. They advised me about the best mattress for the purpose I needed it, which was in one case a cheaper one than I would have purchased. The mattresses arrived when they said they would. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone who wanted to purchase a mattress.
