Such and easy website to navigate. Any questions I had were answered so quickly and as for the delivery service it was amazing. Paul delivered my bed bed within 3 days of me ordering he was so nice and helpful 😊

Fast delivery , friendly service, fast customer care response. Mattress very comfy . Bed is very reasonably priced. headboard is a bit rocky , attachment could be more secure but over all very happy with it considering its price!!!!

The bed is great. Delivery bang on time. That's the good part. Driver left divan, mattress and headboard in my hallway. I politely asked if he could please carry mattress and divan upstairs to the landing, at least, but he said no. Muttered something about insurance!! I know the response will be about the T and C, but what encouraged me to purchase from DFI was all the reviews praising the wonderful delivery people who brought beds up stairs!! Not in my case. The fiver tip I had to give him is still in my wallet. Never bought a bed before that wasn't carried upstairs, and the plastic removed by drivers.
