Feb 08,2021Was looking for a $10,000 death benefit to pay for burial costs. Stumbled upon insurance advisor Matt L. Schmidt. Best stumble ever. He helped me pick the right insurance company for my situation. He worked with me throughout the whole process of filling out the application and then was with me on the phone when I did the review of my application. He answered all of my answers throughout the process in a professional yet friendly manner. I had a lot of questions before we got to the insurance company I would ultimately choose.

Jan 26,2021I came across Diabetes Life Solutions when I was searching for Term Life insurance. I had already got a quote for life insurance from another agent on the web. So I was just shopping around and not really hopeful of anything at this point. The quote from another third party vendor, was pretty expensive. So I was feeling a bit dejected since I wanted to get out of my Variable Universal Life (VUL) policy. At this point Matt from Diabetes Life Solutions started to correspond based on my rather half hearted inquiry. I was actually blown away by his responsiveness to my enquiries. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions. To top it all off I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my Term life insurance per month quote was about 40% cheaper than the other third party vendor's quote! Also I got my life insurance from Banner Life Insurance which is a good company. I have made some significant life insurance changes based on this term life insurance (dropped my Variable Universal Life insurance policy). The even more pleasant surprise was that after the policy came through Matt kept in touch and ensured that the transition to the new policy was smooth and clear. He answered my questions and kept in touch throughout. I gradually and surely came to trust Matt more and more. So thank you very much Matt for all your help. I would recommend Diabetes Life Solutions without any reservation for your life insurance needs.

Before I matt I was depressed and and anxiety was on high , because I knew 1 day i would be gone and i didnt have the proper insurance to take care my family ,until I came across matt , from me and my entire family matt we thank u ,and we pray that god keep u and your family safe.

Dec 29,2020I highly recommend this company and they were the only success I had with trying to obtain life insurance outside of my employer. As a type 1 diabetic for nearly 40 years and a physician currently working during the covid pandemic I was not expecting the process to go well at all! Matt communicated throughout the entire process and found a very competitive rate for me. From start to finish took a couple of months and the whole process was super easy to get through with Matt’s help. I’m so glad I stumbled upon them during a Google search!

Nov 26,2020Matt L. Schmidt is a rude person. He is not a professional and 0 customer relationship. If you just checked his email and don't reply (for any reason- you might need some time to respond or you might need some details to respond), then you will get a rude email from him saying that he will close your file since we didn't respond. I don't know why he didn't give time for us to reply. When I emailed him he didn't reply for me few days and I need to follow-up with him to get reply. When he took few days to reply, he expect us to reply immediately. I think this is worst customer relationship I ever experienced. Update to reply from Diabetes Life Solutions After I read their reply, it am happy that I am not their client since they said all lies. I always want to take my personal emails reply in the evening but will check my emails in the morning to know what emails I got. I never said my company name to Matt (we are just working on quote. Also collaborate was my pervious company). It looks like they took it from some other social media- which shows they are lying. Also, since I was shopping for life insurance I applied few places already and I told him Matt about that after he provided initial quote. He said he can't work with me since we already in process and we said thank you. Based on their reply, it looks like this place is not good place for insurance. Also, I read reviews from other other places that Matt is doing like this to all customers who felt that their quote is high or applied to different place. If you want to work with Diabetes Life Solutions, please read all reviews before you approach them.
