I was treated terrible when trying to communicate to the sales department that I was never sent a receipt or tracking info and they continued telling me they sent it but I never received anything except the responses to original email I sent them. I asked them to send the info to me as a response to my email I sent them but they never did. I am filing a claim with the BBB and I will never recommend this company. My husband is relying on getting these medical supplies and your company doesn't care.

The money came out of my CC account, when i went to website it was down for maintenance, twice. then when I did get in the email would not work. 1 Star is the lowest It will allow me to give

However, I was extremely impressed with the rapid response I received from customer service letting me know they were working on their site and it would be resolved same day. Service is always great with this company!
