Mar 10,2022The shipping end of things was very frustrating, was told I would have everything in ten days which in return took about 6 weeks. After finally receiving shipment they forgot to ship the cockpit, the most lmportant piece. Did not take long for them to rectify the problem and received cockpit in 4 days. Customer service was actually really good, and final product is amazing.

Mar 04,2022Ordered the Sim Lab Triple Monitor stand, Quad Monitor Add-on, Vario Vesa Adapter Kit and Cup holder on Sunday 2/20. Products were shipped on Monday and delivered to my door in Michigan (US) on Wednesday 2/23. The items were impeccably packed and delivered several days ahead of schedule in perfect condition via DHL. The triple stand and various add-ons are top quality and I will not hesitate to purchase from Digital Motorsports again! I highly recommend this firm.

Mar 01,2022Some of my items were packaged very poorly, with only bubble wrap (no outer box). This resulted in some cosmetic damage to the items. The price I paid for shipping was also extremely high, which is understandable given the total weight and distance, but I expected at least a minimum level of common packaging for all items. Very disappointed, and likely won't use Digital Motorsports ever again because of this.

Mar 14,2022They charged 20% for vat and after more than 20% for DHL. I thought it was just one payment, it wasn't that clear, I tried to no accept the item and buy it in other place but it would cost me even more because they would charge me DHL shipping which is very expensive
