Jan 25,2022After one week I asked about my order, and was told there was one item not in stock. We agreed that all other things, including a P1-X would be shipped the next day. Another week later I again asked about the status, and was then told thay hade made a mistake and that the P1-X was no longer in stock. I canceled my order, and ordered from another dealer instead.

I always think the delivery costs are a bit higher than other companies but the service is always quick, reliable and they use a courier who seems to know how tracking should work always keeping you up to date with progress. So worth the cost IMO Products were great and no problems at all either time

Jan 21,2022This seller had the cheapest prices, like for like, that I could find online. Pre-purchase communication with the seller was great, and ultimately lead to the sale itself. Delivery occured two days later and I had the product. All in all, the service from the seller was excellent. The product itself is also excellent. My only gripe is that the products construction instructions are absolutely rubbish, you need to read ahead, read between the lines and generally have some level of intelligence to construct this product. Instructions are certainly not to the level of Lego or IKEA. It's a minor gripe for a really good product sold by an excellent seller. Thank-you Digital Motorsport!

Jan 20,2022Received the wrong seat. They have ignored every communication I have made to resolve. A month later still stuck with a seat I don’t want. Impossible to contact. And this was a part of a large order that was already late (although I could have forgiven that). Horrific customer service unfortunately. Clearly they just hope what are inconveniences to them go away.
