Apr 16,2018Purchased the ECM S-Automatic 64 grinder. Di Pacci's pricing was the best here in Oz, better than US prices. Compare that, for example, with the Ceado grinders---nice machines, but severely overpriced here compared to what the Yanks pay for them. Shipping was really quick, item runs spotlessly. Thanks, folks!

Apr 03,2018The item I ordered online was not actually in stock. Di Pacci contacted me quickly and gave me the option of a alternative or refund. I went with the alternative, which arrived very quickly. The product is great and the company is easy to deal with. The only thing that would have been an improvement, would have been an updated invoice showing the change in product for warranty purposes. I would use the company again.

Mar 26,2018I bought the EDM Techinika profi coffee machine with the ECM S-Automatik 64 grinder at a good price from Di Pacci Coffee Company. Great coffee machine and grinder combo. Great to deal with Michael. Delivery was later than advised but apart from that it's been great to finally get the coffee machine and grinder- ECM definitely have the quality and looks and now enjoying amazing coffee each day.

Mar 25,2018Brand new Melitta Caffeo machine broke down within a month or so. When I contacted the company for service, there was poor communication, requiring numerous chase-up calls. Finally when the machine was serviced, the brand new accessories that came with the machine were not returned with the machine. e.g milk spout tube, card insert explaining which coffees use which beans. Despite repeated contact to chase this up, nothing was returned.

Mar 23,2018Very easy to purchase my coffee machine. I pre-ordered the machine, and once it was available it shipped the next day. My only gripe is that the machine spare parts (for servicing) are hard to find in AU. I would have throught that Di Pacci would have them for a machine that they sold.
