Jan 26,2024A few years ago, I purchased new software from DirectDeals (MS Project Professional). It was substantially less expensive then buying from MicroSoft directly. I had a slight issue with the product key they sent - but it was quickly resolved and everything worked great. Fast forward to today, and I needed to download the software to a new laptop. I had all sorts of issues with MicroSoft (they have the worst customer service EVER). Via chat, I contacted DirectDeals and they sent me a new product code and link directly from their site that worked perfectly. Thank goodness. I really appreciate that they stood behind their product and provided excellent customer service.

It's not often that you get this type of customer service. Item purchased not delivered. Tracking shows stuck in mobile. Called facility and they had no information. Item was scheduled to be delivered today 3/28/23.

Customer support was quick to rectify the problem, but, in doing so, they sent me a key for Office Professional and now I have extra software that is taking up space on my computer and that I will never use. On the other hand, at least I can move this package to a new computer when the time comes.

He confirmed some credentials and stated he would release it right away. Less than a Min later I had my order in my inbox. AWESOME!! More importantly it checked out and all is working.
