Nov 24,2023La livraison s'est mal passée. Le transporteur est venu avec 1 jour de retard sans qu'on m'en avertisse. Le jour de livraison prévu, lorsque j'ai voulu avoir plus d'informations, DirectLease a été incapable de m'en donner et n'a pas eu l'air de s'en soucier... J'ai dû contacter moi-même le concessionnaire et le transporteur.

Nov 20,2023My company asked for a Tesla Model 3 on end of August and Direct Lease (DL) ordered it in September. In October, a delivery date was planned on the 9th of November. However, 2 days before the delivery, Tesla warned me that the car was ready but.. that DL had not paid the car yet so they prefered to postpone the pick-up. They even had to call DL's accounting department on the 10th of November and the payment was only done the next week. I finally received the car on the 13th. Not a big deal for me, as I have a private car as well, but it could have been problematic for someone who depends on it. Despite that, I got quick answers on the phone and by email to my questions, those contacts were pleasant.

Nov 10,2023Afspraak timing voor afleveren werd niet nageleefd, aflevering van voertuig was in 5 minuten afgehandeld ( onder het motto, zoek alles zelf maar uit " Afleveren van een nieuw voertuig door een verkoper is not done, ( dat kost hem geld/ verkopen brengt op) foute eerste indruk, helaas niet de schuld van Direct lease.

Oct 13,2023Je me suis senti bien seul pour obtenir des informations suite au retard de livraison de mon véhicule (8 mois). J'ai du dialoguer avec le concessionnaire bien que n'ayant aucun lien contractuel avec lui (commandé par Directlease). Délégation d'installation borne de recharge : sous traitant me demande metter sur schema l'emplacement voulu avec 8 mètres de cable depuis la borne vers le véhicule. A la livraison le sous traitant me dit que c'est 4.5 mètre demandé par Directlease, il a fallu repenser l'emplacement le jour de l'installation. Aucune information quant à facturation/remboursement pour les consommations à partir dela borne mais qui débitent mon compteur privé. Le seul contrat établi est entre mon employeur et Directlease pas avec le sous-traitant

Sep 22,2023Auto goed ontvangen. Maar communicatie bij latere levering was er niet, ik heb zelf naar garage moeten bellen. Laadpaal : hier ben ik nog steeds op aan het wachten. Dit had blijkbaar drie maanden vooraf in gang gezet kunnen worden, maar er is geen relatiemanager geweest die dit met mij heeft besproken. Ik heb de auto inmiddels meer dan drie maanden, maar wacht nog steeds op de laadpaal thuis.
