DNAfit it’s a great program, everything has been very professional and detailed. The results came fast and I had a great experience with the nutritionist. This program helped me to understand more how my body works and what type of food consume. 100% recommended

Albeit the reports did not reveal anything ground-shattering vs. what I may have already known, I found it useful anyway as a) a confirmation of some of your genetic predispositions and b) a basis for developing a bespoke nutrition and fitness plan that you can follow for life. From that perspective, I definitely recommend booking the follow-up sessions with the nutritionist and fitness consultant (both included in the DNAfit extended package) who will give you a more detailed overview of your results and can even work out your calories consumption plan and suggest the best foods and fitness training for you, which is what my ultimate interest has been for taking the DNA test in the first place. Overall I suggest that you keep realistic expectations about it, i.e. treat it as an additional information resource to get to know your body better, but won’t expect it to be digging too deep and won’t certainly replace the need for medical check-ups or other specific tests (eg food intolerances or vitamin deficiency tests you’ll have to take separately), if you have some more serious health conditions. In that case, you will manage to find the right use of it for you.

Hi, If you are thinking about doing DNAfit test go ahead and do it. It is very easy. It only takes about 10 days. You get results on your portal so keep an eye out for the email. It is the best thing I did... I am now on the way to loosing weight. So far 3kgs gone. I am sleeping better and following low carb diet plan for 3 months. I had a session with a nutritionist which is part of the package and awaiting session with the exercise team. The DNA test results are very informative, you receive really detailed genetic results - I am for example highly sensitive to carbs, I have a raised Omega-3 need, I also have a fast caffeine sensitivy. Everything is really well explained, easy to follow. You keep your results on line and also you can get PDF copies. It has changed my life already so go and do the test!!

The experices was very good overall the only thing i could suggest is that there is a lot of information to fit into 30mins so either opting for a longer session or just making them longer in general.

Great experience and service. Very useful results. Website is easy to navigate and reports easy to understand. It will have a positive impact on my choices of food and exercise. I understand now what is good and suitable to me for optimum health and fitness.

I am so impressed with DNAfit! The kit was easy to complete and I received my results quickly. The information they provided was so comprehensive and helpful - way beyond my expectations. My nutrition consultation was also fantastic. Definitely try to speak with Roxy if you can - she knows so much and is able to explain everything clearly! I felt super comfortable asking her all my questions. She really knows her stuff. Thanks for such a great experience!

I received a detailed report initially, which gave a very useful insight into the best diet choices for me. This was followed by an extremely insightful phone call with Deidre from DNAfit. She was able to further help me with specific dietary requirements for me and she explained everything in an easy to understand manner

Everything has been so complicated. I bought them as a christmas gift, it didn't arrive and then we had to order a replacement after more than month of waiting. Then, because they did not put the comma on one of the 2.00 pounds in the sticker of the package, the post office assumed it was 200 and I spend hours talking to the post and getting into this huge bureaucracy, and ended up having to pay 45 pounds of taxes on a cotton swab, which is like 30% more of the total price paid for the test. Even though DNA fit tried to send documents to show that the cottton swab doesn't cost 200, every invoice had a different value and now the post office decided that the information is inconsistent and closed the case. And on top of that now my friend is really frustrated because there was a technical error with his test and it says data missing everywhere. I bought this in november last year and it's february and we are still having problems, I find this unbelievable

Not sure how much I've learned from this. I'm already fairly knowledgeable on food and exercise but suppose I was hoping for something different. Didn't quite appreciate that DNA doesn't give you 'where you are now, view but your genetic make up which I found quite generic. The meal planners for my recommended diet look good, albeit complicated and time consuming to get to grips with, but I will give it a go when I find time.

I was really impressed with most of the process, the reports are fascinating, the 90 day workout program based off of my genetic report is awesome, but I can't access my personalized cookbook or the V3 transformation. Trying to get ahold of anyone is impossible and honestly frustrating. I wanted to implement this program with my clients at the gym, but I don't know if I would want to go through the lack of response or the very long amount of time it took to receive my results be something they have to experience.
