The consultation was also useful as it clarified some issues that I was not sure about. I am aware that the science is still in its infancy but it was helpful nevertheless. I would certainly recommend having it done.

Dec 09,2019I loved how I received details on how my DNA explains what I can eat and how some foods can actually damage my DNA. Also, I always knew I was lactose intolerance however this test actually diagnose me due to its board of certification. I am extremely excited to talk about how my fitness can contribute to my weight loss next. I'm glad I took this test with the knowledge on how I can improve myself based on my dna.

Dec 02,2019I have got great insight how to tweak my nutrition and exercise routine in order to accomplish my fitness goals. After the phone consultations I have got personalized recommendations how many reps and sets should I do, how should I phase my strength vs endurance training, and what to eat to recover faster. I wish there was a consultation for sleep and stress management.

Now I know why I have struggled to lose weight in the past it's because I have followed diets that are for everyone now I can follow a diet that is based on my specific dna and will work for me. If you haven't purchased your kit already I would highly recommend it
