Feb 23,2024Great service! Deen and Warren delivered a car right to the my hotel’s parking. We signed the contract and I’ve got the car right away. The car was clean, full tank and very looked like new. Three days of driving around the island with no issues at all. Deen collected the car from the hotel parking taking a key from reception. Very easy and professional. Thank you!

Feb 20,2024Doffay provides really reliable car rental service, I definitely recommend them! We didn’t had any troubles with the booking, Raj was waiting for us on the airport. They send us link via WhatsApp to do the payment after we got the car and went to the hotel. That was really convenient! Raj was 24/7 available via WhatsApp if we needed some help. We are really thankful to Raj for helping us to do a last minute rent-a-car booking for the Praslin island (as we didn’t had one in advance and as of now Doffay offers cars only on Mahé). The second booking was also flawless and we are extremely thankful to Raj and Tessier for taking care of the vehicles. PS: We managed to get 2 large suitcases, baby stroller and baby seat inside the car and few more hand bags.

Jan 16,2024We rented a car from Doffay for 6 days on Mahé. The price was very reasonable and the process was quick and easy. Although we only rented the car from 10.00 am, Raj, a very nice employee, was waiting for us after the plane landed at 7.30 am. Unfortunately, we had caused a little damage to the car, but that wasn't a problem either. When we returned the car, this was dealt with in a very accommodating manner.

Jan 05,2024Wir haben das Fahrzeug über Check24 bei Doffay angemietet. Bezahlt haben wir einen Kleinwagen (Hunday I10) und bekommen einen deutlich größeren Suzuki. Die gesamte Abwicklung war professionell, freundlich und perfekt organisiert. Der Preis absolut fair. Wenn ich wieder ein Auto auf den Seychellen brauche, dann nur bei Doffay!

Jan 02,2024A really great car rental company! We were warmly welcomed by the employee called Durai. The handover of the hire car was quick, transparent and uncomplicated. Durai was very friendly and gave us lots of useful tips. He was also available to answer our questions at any time via WhatsApp. The car was very clean and in mint condition and was great to drive. Returning the car was also very easy and quick. When Durai heard that we wanted to visit the nearby market, he offered to drive us there. We have never experienced such a courteous service before. Therefore, we can definitely recommend Doffay Car Rental and especially thank Durai for his open-minded and friendly manner!

He greeted us with a warmth that made us feel immediately welcome and took care of our needs efficiently (which included waiting for us as our flight was delayed as well as showing us where to get SIM card and money changed - whilst continuing to wait). The car we rented was in superb condition, ensuring our travel around Seychelles was comfortable and hassle-free. Dec 21,2023Wir haben ein sehr gutes Auto erhalten. Sauber und gepflegt. Der Wagen wurde wie abgesprochen pünktlich in der Marina Eden am vorher vereinbarten Punkt, an uns übergeben. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Alle kleinen Schäden wurden in meinem Beisein dokumentiert! Kopie habe ich erhalten. Sehr professionell und ordentlich! Alle weitere Kommunikation geht perfekt dann über WhatsApp! Abgabe nach einer Woche am Flughafen vollgetankt zurück gegeben um 5:30 Uhr morgens. Wieder eine sehr gute Abwicklung. Ein Autovermieter wie man sich ihn im Urlaub wünscht. Preis Leistung war für uns absolut die beste.

I was unfortunate enough to have someone drive into the back of the rental car and cannot commend Lakee at Doffay enough for all his assistance with this matter. He also provided all the documentation required so I was able to get a refund from the insurance company. Thanks again for a great experience.
