Jul 03,2023Bought a backing plate for Honeywell door bell, but received a poor quality plastic printed version , it fitted (but locking tab does not lock) can easily be lifted off In Reply to 'Doorbellworld' (1) The Honeywell doorbell is fitted to a perfectly flat Teak door frame , (2) The backing plate sent to me has almost no locking tab protruding out, so it will not lock (looks as if there is no inspection on quality control) As a follow up to my previous review 'doorbellworld' have sent me a replacement backing plate , and this one is much better, thank you !
