Feb 12,2022Poor quality build, reliability, and service. I bought the Period Wireless Round plinth doorbell with Honeywell Home chimes at a cost of £80+ in November and the bell push failed within 1 day. The company did not replace the bell, but instead sent me a part to change in the back of the bell push, and it took 3 days plus the weekend to arrive, during this time I was without a doorbell. The first part they sent was the wrong radio sender, therefore, I had to wait again for the replacement to be sent again. Latest issue with the push that is less than 3 months old, the ceramic button has dropped out. I called the company and there is a message we are open from 09.00 till 17.00, no days stated, and then the call clears, with no facility to leave a message. I assume this means they are not open for calls on a Saturday. Again, poor quality build, reliability, and service.

Feb 10,2022Rarely have I been treat so well by a company. I was refunded some of my postage, even though the delay was with the courier. When the product developed a fault, an upgraded replacement was sent free of charge by 24 hour post. Outstanding. I dealt with Richard, who addressed any problems quickly and could not have been more understanding. Thank you.

Feb 09,2022This is a great product. Deducted a star for really unhelpful instructions which meant I had to go to YouTube. Written instructions would be much easier with clearer pictures. Also adhesive pad does not stick well enough.. in my case not at all even though door was clean. However I love the loud and clear ring. Bought 2 press buttons for front & back doors & plug in chime was perfect for both.

Feb 07,2022Website got me straight to what I needed to find and it was really easy to contact this business. Was given clear advice and was delighted that we could cheaply extend our original kit without having to buy a complete new one. We’re also clear about how much further we could successfully extend our system. I have since emailed Byron to let them know that Doorbell World was the firm in the UK advertising the part I needed.

Feb 06,2022The original shipment did not include the mechanical doorbell actuator, just the chimes and cover. On the other hand, after a single contact, a no-questions-asked response resulted in the missing piece being received within several days.

OK, it is better to have the product more than a few days to leave negative feedback or an excellent review. Please note, but I am very happy at the moment.
