Dec 20,2024Very pleased with the item as Door Entry Direct was the only place I could find this I believe obsolete equipment. The price was good and really solved a problem I thought I couldn’t solve. However the only slight pain was I’d bought the item on the 9/12/24, I then had an email saying it was being despatch on 13/12/24 ( fantastic get the job done ) I then had two emails saying it was being dispatched on 23/12/24 ( not good ) I then had one saying 17/12/24 and got it on the 18th. So alls well but I had to inform the customer each time. I would definitely use again.
