Aug 28,2024A prompt solution and professional customer service. DPD did not come to my house for delivery and sent a msg that they missed me and digital reply for collection in a post office which is far and not local to me. I sent an email to the company complaining about DPD trick. They phoned me back straight away and offered to send another battery by ensuring this was delivered to my house with a choice to drop it in the letter box. I could not believe it first and then realized that there is this business providing excellent service while there is so much mess up by many companies at present. Thank you.

Jul 22,2024I bought the Bell XL5 as a replacement for the Bell 801S which had lasted 17 years before it started with a buzzing sound. It only was a matter of taking old one down and putting new one in its place as fitted exactly the same. Very pleased with it. Has on/off button like the other one which is important to me and looks good too.
