Apr 02,2024I ordered a lock. I chased a couple of weeks later to see when I would see it and was I told it was going to be delivered tomorrow. A few hours later I had a call to say it was obsolete and I was not going to get it. I told my client I should have it in a day or two. I’ve been made to look very stupid! Not happy

Product knowledge is at least as good as Manufacturer technical and much better than their Sales who sent me on a wild goose chase for an item OOP & OOS. Ordering, payment, delivery and order tracking was efficient effective and well worth advising colleagues about. It was all undertaken politely in good humour with a " can do attitude ". Thank you.
