Jun 14,2022Very high Apr almost double money borrowed if you want to repay early you discover about 80% of each monthly payment is interest especially at first. First few months your basicly just paying interest so if you want to clear the debt early your still paying basicly what you borrowed even after a few payments

May 04,2022I find some of the bad reviews very unfair. When you take out a loan you know how much you are going to need to pay back and you know of the effect this can have on your credit score. This is nothing to do with the service of the company. My experience was very good! I found this company very helpful. I paid off the remainder of my loan right before a payment was supposed to go out (stupidly) and the payment still came out as it hadn’t updated. I called them in a panic and they calmed me down and reassured me and told me what I needed to do. They then did a follow up call today to make sure that everything was sorted which I thought was really lovely. I have found my payments easy to pay and they are always on time. They even emailed to ask if I wanted to change my dates around the christmas period due to different dates for pay from work. I found the online system helpful to see exactly what I was paying and how much there was left, I also found it easy to see where my upcoming payments are and all of the dates of my previous. If I need to take out a loan in future I would look here:)

Apr 04,2022Overall a great service, i went to them, got a large loan for 18 months , paid it back 3 months early, never missed a payment. So when i apply for another one it is declined due to affordability. My finances and credit score have improved in that year and showing i repaid over £1000 more than what i took out. Yet i am now unable to get another. Their rules stipulate you can 3 out concurrently before they will decline

Mar 03,2022SHOCKING HELP AND SUPPORT THEY DONT HELP CUSTOMERS WHO NEED SUPPORT FOR READING WHEN I MADE TWO COMPLAINTS THE COMPLAINTS DEPT JUSY FOBED ME OFF JUST SENT EMAILS OUT EVEN WHEN I TRIED TO ASK FOR A PHONE CALL BACK JUSY GOT FOBED OFF. THEY TREATED ME REALLY BADLEY ALSO HAVENT LOOKED AT THE COMPLAINT CORRECLY . FOR EXAMPLE THEY SENT ME A COMPLAINT LEFT ON 01 MARCH 2022 THEN SENT THE RESPONE ON 02 MARCH 2022. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTRACT CENTRE SHOCKING TOO . THEY GOT STAFF WHO WORK IN THE COMPLAINT TEAM CLEAELY CANT THE JOBS CORRECT FREEDOM OF SPEACH ARCTICE 10 . J LOVELY ONE OF THEM. THIS COMPANY NEEDS LOOKINGC AT BECASUE THEY DONT ADPT TO CUSTOMERS NEEDS AT ALL NEEDS WHICH FIND SHOKCING SERVICE !!!!!!!1 NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVERY AGAIN ITS SHOULD BE DONE. 10000000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Feb 26,2022Yet another loan company who penalises good paying customers, got a loan for £600, with interest had to pay back double, never missed a payment of £127 per month, paid off a bit early as had an unexpected expense, and requested another loan, declined, shocking really, no doubt i’ll get the affordability etc etc etc speech, but my credit has greatly improved, and if i have been paying £127 per month without any issues, surely that shows i can afford re payments, do not recommend.

Feb 16,2022BE REALLY CAREFUL!! I have made a complaint to Dot Dot for loans which I believe were unaffordable - my complaint was not upheld and has now been reffered to the Financial Ombudsman despite me trying to resolve. Dont be fooled - this can negatively impact your credit file and could affect any applications for mortgages for at least 2 years after applying so make sure you are fully aware of the impacts before signing up!!! I was very naive when I took these loans! Make sure you know what you are getting yourself into!
