Jul 23,2020The shipping was fast and they arrived perfectly still frozen. Me and the wife grilled them on a gas grill. I dont know how to put into words how amazing these are. Weve never had a burger that comes even remotely close to these. Theyre so insanely delicious. After trying these we want to buy 5lbs of the ground beef and try the steaks. Its crazy how worth the money these are. Will definitely be spending more money with this company!

Jul 22,2020This is the REAL thing. If you want the best, you've found the right place. So much better than grocery stores, or even your local butcher shop. I sliced the kabobs into stroganoff strips and seared them before cooking the onions and mushrooms. The difference is beyond words. I even used fat-free sour cream (so as not to give me a gout flareup) and it was by leaps and bounds the best batch ever! Worth every penny, try it!

Jul 22,2020I recently purchased a Miyazakigyu Wagyu Strip Steak from Double 8 Cattle Co, and I can't say enough how absolutely delicious it was! Beyond delicious, beyond tender...I had to force myself not to eat the entire thing, as I wanted a piece for morning to have with eggs. I then ordered a Miyazakigyu filet mignon, and it was out of this world!!! I loved it so much! Iwill purchase again very very soon.

I was very impressed with the way it was packaged and the care you took to make it safe in transporting. Secondly, we have NEVER had ground beef that tasted as great as this ground beef. It was absolutely delicious! I am positively sold on continuing to purchase Wagyu beef. Thank you for offering such a exceptional product.

May 19,2020Recently bought (2) NY Strips. Shipped fast and packaged well to preserve them. Steaks were only 1/2" thick. Had heavy marbling so had to cook very gently to prevent overcooking. Honestly, the marbling overwhelmed the steak's beef content and just tasted fatty. It was disappointing. I expected the steaks to be at least 3/4" thick or thicker. I've bought Wagyu many times from other sources and had a much better experience. Will not buy again. Not worth the price.

We Sous Vide the meat at 132 degrees for 4 hours than finished them @ 500 degrees on a Dome Charcoal Grill With Hickory Wood Chips for 2 minutes per side . Will Definitely Be Back For More !!!!! Double 8 Cattle Staff Was Awesome To Work With ,Was Impressed with the Farm When we Picked Up The Meat Thank You ! Highly Recommend FM Ohio

Jul 27,2019Trimmed more than half a 15 lb brisket off to lard. There's a difference between marbling and lard. Very Very disappointed for the money. Will never buy again.

May 15,2019The first two orders were fine. My third order was terrible. I purchased 4 strip steaks at 79.00 a piece. My 8 year old son refused to eat the steak. I have never had anything so tough in my life. I notified the company before I wrote this review. I asked them to refund my unused portion of the gift card. They said no. No refund, No replacement and no return of unused money. I have been a chef for over 25 years so I know how to cook if you are wondering. The steaks were also very small.
