Customer service was responsive until I asked for a refund, now my emails have been ignored for 2 weeks. Basically paidb100$ for packaged air. Don’t recommend.

The bag was ok but I paid almost $30 delivery fee for pick up even though it was free shipping. I even paid the custom when I ordered. I emailed about this situation but the answer’s not hear yet.

I ordered my bag over two weeks ago, it states on the website that orders usually arrive 3 days after purchase. Money was taken straight away from my account but I have not received an email stating when my order will be coming. I have continually asked where my order is on your Facebook page yet I have just been I ignored! This is the worst customer service I have ever had and I am not happy. My order is #4941 can you tell me when I will be getting my order??

I bought a macaroon in deep pink, I'm from Mexico and my backpack arrived to my house in just 3 days. The bag is amazing, and the color looks even better in person. It is so comfortable and holds a lot.

Great customer service and price. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour item. Doughnut changed it with no quibble and were very prompt with the refund. Highly recommended.

Really good looking and durable Customer service is excellent. We brought from a third party supplier Who wasn’t interested when we realised a strap was missing when supplied, Doughnut themselves could not have been more helpful in sourcing a new one for us

The bag arrived really quickly and the colour matched the pictures (something i wasn’t expecting). So far it’s been really good, straps are comfortable and it has plenty of compartments and space for everything I need for uni. Laptop probably won’t fit if it’s inside a case - you need to put it in by itself. Really pretty, doesn’t look bulky or big and a combination of style and practicality

The only thing that could’ve been done better with it would be to have more of an explanation as to the internal organisation panels. And maybe another separate compartment. Otherwise, cracking bag and my girlfriend is amazing for getting it for me 🥰 (Freddy)
