I did not receive it yet, after one month, and they did not informed me about the timeline of the shipment until I asked. The customer service is terrible; I was about to report the website as scam due to the lack of information about my purchase. I am surprised they even asked me my opinion. They should take a bit more care of the online customers.

We're happy with the rucksack we ordered, which looks smart and appears to be well made; however, the product is let down by the company's lack of communication and poor customer service. The bag took a month to arrive and the company never thought to notify us that there was a problem with the colour ordered. My phone calls and emails also went unanswered. That said, when I did get hold of someone, they were helpful and did give me a free product by way of recompense; however, I would be reluctant to order from them again. If this company sorts out its customer service, then these rucksacks are an excellent product, but until then......

I bought the Macaroon Large backpack in all black, however the quality was not what I expected (abrasive mesh on the straps, straps too wide, rough fabric overall). Because of this I ended up returning, but in their defence the staff I spoke to online were helpful and lovely! I think some of their other bags may be of better quality though as I’ve tried the normal Macaroon instore and it was great, just not fit for my needs, so don’t denounce the brand based on one style!

I purchased the bag fro a seller on Trouva and it's lasted less than 6 months. The side zip has completely fallen apart and made the bag completely unusable. My brother also bought a different style of bag from their website and it broke on first use. Nice styles but they're not long-lasting. Update: 29/10/2019 Responded to the customer service email who provided me with postage to send my back to them. That was over two weeks ago and now am completely being ignored. So now don't even have a broken bag!
