I ordered a rucksack as a leaving gift for a colleague at very late notice. Unfortunately I was unable to add to basket on website on that date. Nevertheless, Jarrod personnally went to warehouse and walked through a fast track dispatch to deliver item to Scotland by next day (should have taken 2). Back-pack was delivered just after 9am next day!! Extremely impressed with both product and personal delivery service provided by Doughnut and will definately be back in the future
I ordered a backpack on 8/14/19 and paid for express shipping hoping to get it before school started. After a week had passed, I sent an e-mail to check on the order but received no response. On 9/2/19 I sent another e-mail to customer service, but after not hearing anything back (again) I called the UK customer service (I'm in Texas) and was told my order was not sent because they were out of stock of the color I wanted (Lilac). I was never notified of this, and their online store did not show they were out of stock. The gentleman was very friendly and said I would get a refund for the express shipping (roughly $10). He said he would get back to me about how to handle my order, as he needed to see if they'd have a shipment of the Lilac coming in soon. After not hearing back for over a week, I sent another e-mail to both UK's and what I assume is the overall default customer service e-mail asking if I should just cancel my order, seeing as it was almost a month since I originally placed the order. I was told they never received the shipment of the color I wanted, and was offered an alternative color or a full refund (date: 9/11/19). I asked for an alternative color, but asked if I could transfer my order to a store in a different region (I found a color I really liked that I think Japan's store offered). The UK store said they actually had the new color I wanted but hadn't added it to their website yet, so they could ship it to me (New color: Cream x Iceberg x Sakura") Before I could respond, I received a confirmation email that my original order just shipped, so I would be receiving the Lilac backpack after all. At this point, I just wanted my backpack for school and wanted the whole ordeal to be done with. I told the gentleman at UK's customer service that the Lilac would be fine since it seemed to already be in the process of shipping, I just wanted my refund for express shipping (date:9/13/19). I never received a response, but my original order did arrive by the following week. On 9/23/19, I asked again for my express shipping refund and finally received it, with an extra $10 ($20 total). I love my backpack, it's great quality and just overall very efficient. I just wish customer service had handled my order better, been more responsive, and communicated better.
No feedback on my emails. The package was lost, no one cared. Package was paid several weeks ago. I think about speaking to Mastercard and get my money back.

The bag came 3 days after I placed an order but they sent me wrong size. I returned and keep emailing them asking the status of my return and have they sent a replacement yet i only received 2 response from the company. I’m very very disappointed with the service. I still did not receive my order. And its been 3 weeks now. Unhappy customer!!!!!!

After almost 20days i didnt get yet my order in Germany
On the website it said that my order will be shiped on the next business day... Try one week.. I sent 4 emails about that and only got reply when i went to their instagram... Before i ordered i asked a question on their website and they answered me in one business day. Therefore i don't understand the poor communication. And I only got a one-sentence reply with 'sorry for the delay'. I ordered on 05/09, than got an email on 12/09 that it will be shiped tomorrow, but actually it was shiped on 17/09. I live in midd-europe, and i just recived it on 23/09. I would really advise to update the shipping part on the website because i was about to draw back my money through my bank.

Hi the customer service was disgusting. I paid for 5 day shipping that took 5 WEEKS I should have charged back after getting no response. After being loyal you have lost a customer, my next backpack will be a fjallraven
Unfortunately it has been my worst online purchase experience. In fact I am positive if I hadn't chased numerous times (initially to no response) I don't think the bag would have ever arrived. Having paid for the rapid delivery service to meet my daughters birthday and start of school, it ended up being a complete waste of time and despite the refund of that specific service fee it was too late and left a disappointed little girl. I thought for a while that I had been had by a online shopping scam and lost my money. The product, once it did arrive, was of very good quality and I am very happy with the item. Shame about the shopping 'experience'.
