Dec 26,2024I think Dovly does assist with things such as disputing something from your credit report to the 3 credit companies making it easy and saving time. Beyond that though, I don't see much major benefit to me or my credit score. In fact, Dovly, in their very own app, try to upsell you to multiple other services that will help you boost your credit score which all cost a monthly or yearly fee which can be as high as $100+. If Dovly could boost your score, why would they need to advertise other companies that do it? And what is the benefit of Dovly Pro, that is $22 per month, if they are providing options that rapidly boost your score. If $22 per month provides a dispute button which many people will only need to use once or twice when rebuilding their credit, then it's a rip off. I wanted to like Dovly until I noticed that it's an app claiming to boost your credit score, that then tries to charge you a membership fee themselves while marketing for other companies that actually may help you boost your credit score instead. Like a credit app that says it can do something and then when you sign up for it, it provides you somewhere else to go to sign up to receive the service that they themselves claimed to do for you. And let's be realistic here, Dovly isn't recommending these specific services and companies that help with your score for a fee just out of the kindness of their hearts, they're doing it because they get a commission / a partial profit from when you sign up for those other companies because they're essentially just an advertising and marketing company for other companies and they do that because if you sign up with these other companies then they also get paid too. And that would be fine if that was all that they did but then they want you to sign up for Dovly Pro and then they try to charge you a membership fee but they're not going to boost your score like these other companies will because if they were then why advertise for the other companies and if they're not able to do it then why am I being charged $22 a month then? It's all very off putting to me and unfortunately not every person out there is as aware or thinks is critically as I do which might lead to them spending more money and getting less benefit for that money they're spending. So I canceled Dovly Pro and I am made a mistake of signing up for the membership thinking that they were going to provide me a boost in my credit score when really they're not. Or they do it slowly so that you have to maintain a monthly membership. And if you wanted to go faster than you have to sign up with one of their buddy companies so that they get a profit from that or they get a profit from the membership sign up that they have. So you're better off seeking out companies that do the same thing and see what benefits they have at for what cost and how quickly they can do it. Nothing should have to require you to have a subscription in order to effectively help you build your credit. I think that they're not malicious but they're not stupid either and there are for profit business and so unfortunately that means that they're going to do what they have to do to make money even if it's making money off of people that have bad credit to begin with. And I hope somebody from Dovly reads the review here and sees what I had to say, if only just so they know that not everybody is dense and some of us are paying attention to what exactly is being advertised and at what cost and it would benefit. So don't think that you have everybody fooled.

Dec 21,2024I started using dovly years ago and that's when I learned about my right to dispute the things on my credit report that weren't correct! I never knew that was even an option before dovly and I definitely didn't know that I could possibly raise my score in the process....I had a negative account on my credit report that had been there for a couple years at that time for over $30,000!!! Which was ridiculous, I had NEVER even come close to that kind of debt and Dovly helped me get it removed from my credit reports which I'll forever be thankful for!! Thank you guys!!!
