Good pricing and happy with service  DPOMs pricing is quite reasonable but you should make sure you read their website and understand the different levels of service. I initially went for the cheapest plan called starter but this doesn’t include any phone calls or an account manager so I took the plunge and went for their more expensive lite service.  I will be honest and say when you sign up, it is a little annoying as they email me several times in the first week telling me that I should expect things to take time, there are no guarantees etc etc etc. I understand why they need to do this (given some of the reviews here) so I do get it, but for those of us that are level headed, of course advertising takes time, I don’t really need to be told 4 times in a week when I sign up!  But, in honesty things worked quicker than I expected and they got the ads for my small accountancy firm running within about 2 weeks. About a month later we started getting calls , enough calls that the ads for us, were already profitable.  So I can’t really complain too much, in this day and age I get you have to manage customer expectations but I do think they go a bit far by telling me what I should expect several times over - but they do deliver and I am very happy.Ok

AVOID! Have a look at the other 1 star reviews as well as on Google. I went from getting lots of orders to virtually none. I am not sure they know what they are doing. They only made changes to the account when I complained. Customer service is truely appalling, they hide behind an external call answering service. Dont return calls, don't answer emails. I am shocked people run companies like this. PLEASE think carefully before signing up. Their contracts are written totally in their favour.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Warning! Definitely do not place your business here, I did a 3 month trial, letting them loose on my google account witch has been running for over 15 years, I went from slow steady stream of inquiries to Zero, excuse given, we need to gather Data, I went for a superior package so as to have direct access to my account manager, and explained i may need frequent calls to ensure i have the right company overseeing my company campaign, which was agreed by LEE HARROP, Who talks a good game,but after just a few calls, made constant excuses for errors on my account, not adding vital key words, and not monitoring the activity on the account. Finally! after 3 months of pain and a decrease in business, i decided to pull the plug, which is not as easy as you think, they will tie you up in Ts & Cs £2.5K DOWN THE DRAIN! BEWARE! Wait for the excuses on this one!!!!

I’ve been running google ads campaigns for my business’s for over 3 years now. My original ad company we’re too busy and couldn’t take my new business on so I found DPOM through word of mouth I’m glad I did. I now work with Lee from DPOM nothing is to much trouble he’s always in contact letting me know what’s happening he goes above and beyond for us and our productivity has more than doubled he’s so good I removed my other account from my old ad agency and placed it with Lee and DPOM. Been with them over 6 months now best thing I’ve done.

RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! PLEASE... PLEASE... PLEASE! look elsewhere, give yourself another 24 hours before you sign up, and you'll thank me for it in the long run. Within minutes of taking away their admin rights from our Google ads account they had taken their final payment from our bank account, even before we filled in the cancellation email. This was followed by a blunt phone call from their account manager asking why we'd taken such steps, which to be honest was the quickest response we'd had in the whole process of dealing with them. The speed at which they claw back that final payment (way before the due date I hasten to add) speaks volumes to us that this isn't their first rodeo with a disgruntled customer and have a procedure in place to take your money as soon as they know you're walking out the door. Technically we have paid for 2 months of work that they won't be undertaking, and to be honest I wouldn't want them near our account after the way they have handled themselves today. There are lots of amazing SEO companies out there, these just aren't one of them.

I was recommended to DP Online Marketing by a friend who has used them for a while. I was a little bit sceptical at first due to the niche nature of my business. I only decided to give it a punt based on my friend seeing success with DPOM managing his Google Ads account. In the first 2 months things were ok with a few leads coming through here and there bit not setting any records. After 5 months I am now seeing around 25 genuine leads and winning new business as a result. All in all I'm glad I taken a punt and I'll be increasing my ad spend over the next quarter. Cheers DPOM!

I recommend the guys and girls at dpom. I am an electrician in Rutland and while I get local business I wanted to expand and start attracting business further away as far as Nottingham. As Dp online marketing are based on the area I was was happy they had local knowledge so they knew exactly what areas I wanted to target and they build a campaign to find my some more customers. I am happy to say they have done a good job and I now get more calls. Recommend.

I've been working with DPOM for the past 8 months. The sign-up process was straightforward, and they clearly outlined what we should expect. One of the main challenges we faced previously was integrating conversion tracking with our CRM, HubSpot. Other agencies struggled with this, but DPOM, who use HubSpot themselves, managed it effectively. As a result, our conversions now focus solely on qualified leads. The initial set-up phase for our account took about a month, considering we invest around £20,000 monthly, it's quite a task. The first couple of months after optimisation didn't show significant improvements. However, after that period, we noticed a positive change, barring a slight seasonal dip. Our cost per conversion reduced from £140 to approximately £85, a noteworthy achievement given the competitive nature of the software industry. We're now extending our campaigns to the US, where DPOM also has an office. We're optimistic about continuing our partnership with them.

Have worked with Lee since late Feb - campaign started out slowly but he has helped identify opportunities and issues. Campaign has since evolved based on this. Current CPL decreased drastically from initial campaign. Worth the price.

I would avoid this company. There work is very basic, something that a 5 year old could put together, and anyone trying too do well on e-commerce its not going to end well. I got fooled by the other good reviews but i can assure you 100% this is not the company thats going to take u forward. Have a look at google reviews and you will see the negative reviews on there. One customer said if the payment failed on the account they contracted you for an additional 2 months by taking additional payments! Please avoid.

There’s plenty of agencies out there let’s face it but not many that are just honest. I’ve used Google Ads for years and honestly, i change agency periodically as I’ve often found their service degrades. Not with DPOM however, they’ve been consistent from the start. Any marketing takes time and they explain it can take them 3 months or longer to give results which is fine, real businesses know this and frankly, your marketing can only be as good as your business - it doesn’t compensate for a shoddy service or a business that isn’t viable. And this is why I suspect Dpom really labour the point about what to expect - and they’re right. I’d never have signed up if they’d offer quick wins or promises they clearly can’t keep - lots do and these should be avoided. So if you’re looking for a real agency that gives you correct and honest advice then I’d advise signing up with DPOM

Was recommended by a friend to try DPOM for their Google Ads service. Took their Starter package which costs about £100. It’s quite a basic service in that I don’t get phone calls with them and have to email so I was a little skeptical but since I only have a £300 budget for google it didn’t make much sense spending more on one of their other packages so in that sense, I think the service level is fair. Used them for about 6 months and although this package doesn’t include a dedicated account manager I usually speak to the same chap (Patrick) when I email in who is really helpful. In that time I’ve seen a steady increase in calls so for the price, I think it’s a very reasonable service. If I decide to spend more I wouldn’t hesitate to upgrade but we will see what the coming months bring.
