Feb 20,2025I had The O Concept done at the SW clinic. It has been life changing for me. The staff are really helpful and take care of you. They are so friendly and welcoming. Taslima is always talking, keeping me calm and reassuring me. Dr Shijit also kept me informed throughout the treatment. Dr Shareef is always making sure you’re feeling and looking your best! I would definitely recommend this clinic for your treatments!

Feb 10,2025AVOID Dr Sherif Wakil and his clinic Dr SW Clinic. I booked an appointment to tighten the skin above and below my eyes, effectively treating the symptoms of ageing. I booked the more aggressive Plexr treatment for the upper lid and the much less downtime Texel treatment for the area below the eyes. My appointment was scheduled for 10am, and due to last one hour. Not long after arrival a nurse applied numbing cream but there was no sign of a doctor. After a 2 hour wait, I grew frustrated and to my surprise was offered the opportunity of a free session to reduce erectile dysfunction. This is in not something I suffer from, so I declined the rather extraordinary compensation offer. After 5 hours of waiting and constantly being told, the doctor will be with you any minute – I was eventually seen by Dr Sherif Wakil at 3.00pm. I mentioned the timing delay and I questioned the effectiveness of the numbing cream but was fobbed off. Dr Sherif Wakil then began the Plexr procedure - the pain was indescribable (yet his website calls it a pain-free treatment) - it makes me wince just remembering it. After finishing the Plexr treatment on my upper eye lid Dr Sherif Wakil immediately began on the area below my eyes (a very large area 3cm deep by 7cm wide). At this point I stopped him to say that I had paid for the much less evasive Texil treatment on the lower eye lids but he dismissed me, saying there is no difference between Plexr and Tixel - which is completely untrue. On finishing I was rushed out of the clinic – handed a concealer suitable for dark skin (I am fair skinned) and given no aftercare notes or instructions… 2 years on the skin around my eyes looks awful – it’s been so damaged by the treatment. I have severe scaring from the burn marks, large dark circles and I can honestly say the skin around my eyes looks 20 years older than it did. I am repeatedly asked by friends and colleagues, what’s happened – it is incredibly depressing. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere near Dr Sherif Wakil, I felt thoroughly duped.

Dr. Wakil was incredibly professional and took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, making me feel comfortable and well-informed. His expertise and approach put my mind at ease. I also want to mention Hiba, the patient advisor, who was fantastic throughout the process. She was friendly, attentive, and always available to answer my questions, which made the experience much smoother. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. SW Clinics for anyone considering this procedure. The combination of Dr. Wakil's skill and the team support made for a seamless and positive experience. I'm thrilled with the results!

Nov 08,2024Dr Sherif Wakil is a magician. He has helped me to stop the ageing process and now I look 20 years younger. He is helped by great assistants like Hiba who listen at the client and give the best possible service. I think it is the best aesthetic clinic in London and in the UK.

Nov 07,2024I was concerned about my hooded upper eyelids and bags under my eyes, which made me look constantly tired. I have just had the Plexr non-surgical blepharoplasty and am absolutely delighted with the result. The procedure was exactly as described and Dr Wakil and his staff were all tremendously helpful and redponsive to all my questions. I would highly recommend this treatment.

He listens but is always honest as to what he thinks is beneficial given his experience. I love his honesty, but more importantly his welcome. He always makes you feel the most important patient. Thank you for an amazing clinic and experience. Highly recommend, don't look any further.

Sep 25,2024WHAT FELT LIKE A NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE Absolutely do not recommend! If I can offer anyone advice, it’s to stay far away from this place. I should have paid attention to the other negative reviews, but the discounted offer swayed me into booking. It was the worst decision I’ve ever made. If I could rate them zero stars, I would. They’re happy to take your money and then completely disregard you afterward. I had the ALURION BALLOON procedure, and initially, the staff seemed nice. However, once I arrived for my procedure, everything changed. The nurse was rushed and unprofessional, which made me feel anxious. I asked for my sister to be present during the procedure for support, but Dr. Sharif was dismissive and patronising, making no effort to calm me down. The level of medical negligence I experienced was shocking and needs to be reported to the CQC. After the balloon insertion, I received no in clinic care despite facing severe issues. I experienced extreme vomiting and nausea for three days, far worse than the "mild side effects" I had been warned about. Despite their promise of a 24/7 on-call nurse, I couldn’t get hold of anyone. The medication that was recommended caused me to vomit, yet Dr. Sharif made no effort to adjust or change it. Eventually the vomiting had stopped but the discomfort was very much there. After one month, my condition worsened, and I was rushed to A&E with agonising stomach cramps. The hospital surgeons had no choice but to removing the balloon due to the pain I was in. Days after my discharge, I finally received a message from the nurse, who was more concerned about how I got her number than about my condition. There was no compassion, she completely disregarded my well-being. I was never warned about this particular complication during the consultation or in the consent forms. When I asked for a refund due to the serious health issues I faced, they ignored me for months, only to later inform me that I wouldn’t be getting my money back. This establishment is a disgrace and should be shut down. I will be taking legal action.

Pain and looking worst skin is saggy more wrinkles nothing to bring home DON'T GO TO THIS FAKE CLINIC WITH REAL MONEY TAKING OF before 4pm I was there and kept after 8pm. No thank you I dont need to speak about the procedure i had done and why i felt every needle it's because the cream local anesthetic had started to ware of after waiting so long to start the procedure and I didn't even get the full treatment i paid for. Ive been twice to harley street clinic for filler and never felt pain never will i go back harley street clinic at Dr SW Clinic
