Sep 12,2018The whole process was very easy, I ordered online with my builders measurements but duplus answered all question I had. Once ordered had no problems and my roof lantern was delivered on time with them phoning the day before to arrange delivery. Would recommend and use again.

Jun 28,2018Duplus provide a very good supporting service from the time of initial contact through the tooing and froing of quoting and exact sizing of in my case two lanterns (1200mm x 2400mm). Both Amar and Gavin provided a nothing is too much trouble support. Delivery was on the date as arranged. The lanterns themselves look excellent - I really like the limited frame and the low (30degrees) profile. They have only been a few weeks and in generally good weather, but I am looking forward to the light and sky views these will give me over the coming years. I'll post some photos in due course.

Apr 21,2018I ordered a roof lantern from Duplus for our new kitchen room and I am absolutely delighted with it. Gavin and the team were just lovely to deal with, from the initial telephone inquiry up to and including the delivery, always polite, professional and extremely helpful. They answered all the queries my builder had so he could build the kerb for the lantern and when it arrived the installation was very straightforward. They were also very accommodating regarding the delivery date - the lantern was ready on the expected date and delivery was arranged as soon as we were ready to install it. I highly recommend both Duplus and their lovely lantern! A delighted customer!
