Oct 02,2017Ordering was easy and Gavin was knowledgeable and polite when I spoke to him by phone. We ordered a flat rooflight, which was delivered as planned ,and within the lead time given. Fitting instructions were simple and easy for our builder so fitting was easy (according to builder). It looks fantastic. We would definitely recommend Duplus

However I was disappointed that when I asked the difference it wasn't made clear that if I chose the capped option they would sit higher off my roof on a sill which sadly does not give the effect I was looking for on the inside as there is considerable extra depth. I would have been willing to pay more to get exactly what I wanted. It would be useful to have this sort of thing explained visually in by pictures of lanterns in situ.

I am really please with the service and Lantern. I would certainly recommend Duplus Architectural Systems Ltd.

Aug 08,2017We met Gavin two years ago at the Home building show and was happy with him and the product so when we finally got round to the part of the build where we wanted the roof lantern we contacted Gavin. They was very good the delivery day they gave us when over a little bit but Gavin contacted us to explain. Delivery day was good and it arrived on time in fact they was a little early but they waited for us and it was no problem. We fitted the lantern two days ago and it looks amazing we are very happy with the product and service.
