Sep 11,2015Many thanks to all of the team at Duplus fantastic service and a top quality product, I'll keep this simple if you are after a top quality product then place your order now, I personally spent months browsing the Web for a roof lantern and had finally decided to go with the Duplus, we are so happy with the centre piece of our new kitchen, I would highly recommend this company to all of those wanting this great product. The packaging was fantastic the roof light came fully assembled and couldn't of been any easier to fit. Once again many thanks to all.

Sep 10,2015We first saw this product on display at the NEC homebuilders show and by looking at the quality we thought it was way out of price range. After to speaking to the director on the stand we were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the honesty and professionalism. From request for information right the way through to delivery the staff at duplus have been there to answer even the silliest of questions I have and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. The roof light itself is made of quality material with modern design that has completely "made" our extension. We couldn't be happier.

Sep 03,2015We ordered a Lantern and Rooflight and are very pleased with them - they look fantastic. Service from start to finish has been great and were very flexible on delivery. As the lantern was a fair size it was heavy and was tricky to move but we were informed of the weight in advance.

Nov 27,2014due to Planning constraints i had to resource a Roof Lantern (Cupula) which was non Pvc finish after researching the market i decided on Duplus after a couple of informative phone calls to them i placed an order for the 1200x1000 Lantern which duly arrived within 10 working days and was kept fully informed on the delivery process. I am perfectly satisfied with my experience and the product is first class and would not hesitate to recommend Duplus to anyone

Sep 11,2014We live at the opposite end of the UK from Duplus. However my order was dealt with efficiently & the rooflight arrived quickly & in good condition. Living in the 'offshore islands' sometimes firms dont want to send out items, but no problem here. The person dealing with the order kept in touch by phone regularly to let me know of progress and requested that I let him know of safe delivery after the 600 miles plus journey. Would definitely use Duplus again

Aug 13,2014Right from the start Duplus were amazing, I had a tour around their factory and felt that they gave me lots of time and explained everything in detail, I did not feel rushed in anyway. Our rooflight is absolutely amazing and has exceeded our expectation. "SIMPLY STUNNING" The service from start to finish has been exemplary!!! If your looking for a roof light - your search stops here, dont look else where as the quality is far superior to all that we looked at. So easy to fit and all instructions for fitting were clear and simple to follow and takes an hour to fit. We would not hesitate in recommending them to all we know. Even more important the delivery was on time and brilliantly packaged, delivery guy was really lovely and patient as its not the easiest item to off load. Thank you to Peter & Gavin at Duplus who have been there to answer all our questions, and the whole team who helped produce it - we are delighted.
