Firstly, to Sam our financial advisor who was so supportive and helped us throughout every step of the way, we couldn’t have done it without her! & to Emma, who's been amazing at helping us with our life insurance & income protection. She has ensured that everything is explained in detail & has provided us with regular updates throughout the process. Emma is always there to answer any questions that we may have & we thank her a lot for her support. An overall great company with amazing staff!

All important mortgage information was clearly explained to us and our online portal was kept up to date with key documents. On top of that, our work circumstances have changed a lot and I have been self employed for less than a year. Keith Watson has helped us achieve our goals and dream of being able to move by helping with our mortgage application. He has been incredibly swift to answer emails and his approach is super friendly, calm and non pressured. I am very impressed and on top of that we didn't need to pay a fee for this great service!
