I enquired by mail and I received a quick answer with the purchase price. I was offered a fair value so I decided to accept the proposal and delivered the pens the following day. The payment came through the same day of the receipt of the goods. I think they are reliable and honest. No hesitation to recommend them.

May 05,2022Exceptional service from Steve at Dylan Pens. In common with many other reviewers, I sent a couple of photos of my pens via Whatsap and received a very fair offer almost instantly. I posted the pens a couple of hours later and the money was in my bank account shortly after 9am the next day. If anybody has any misgivings about sending your valuable pens on the strength of a Whatsap message, don't worry - this is a professional, reliable and efficient company.
