Accepted offer and posted the same day. Received money for the pens the following day. Excellent communication - first class through out.

Apr 08,2022I recently sold a Mont Blanc pen to Steve. It was an unwanted gift. Upon messaging Steve on WhatsApp I received an offer within minutes. I originally turned down the offer before messaging Steve a couple of weeks later to ask him if it was still possible to sell. Steve was still happy to buy. If you’re on here reading reviews, you’re probably in the exact same position I was and questioning whether this could be possible/genuine. The thought of sending something valuable off to someone before receiving payment feels risky. It really is genuine and you won’t be disappointed. I sent my pen to Steve and as promised the money was paid into my bank account instantly after passing on my details. Many of you might be wondering about pricing. As mentioned above, I originally turned down the offer because I thought I could get more. Perhaps I could have got a little more. But it soon became obvious that most people wouldn’t buy an expensive second hand pen unless it was from a respected dealer. Steve is the reputable person that people would buy from. I now believe that the price Steve gave me was totally fair. After all it’s his business and livelihood and I accepted that Steve would need to make a small profit for it to be worth his time. If every businessman was like Steve I think the world would be a much better place. Thank you Steve!

Mar 06,2022I was looking to sell my pen collection. With nowhere local I found Dylan Stephen online. Despite my reservations about selling via the internet I found the whole process faultless. Communication via email, phone and text was excellent and I was kept fully informed at each stage. An offer was made from a photograph I sent but on receipt of the pens this offer was increased to reflect their condition. Payment was received the same day despite this being a Saturday evening. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dylan Stephen.

I made contact via the WhatsApp number given on the website and had a reply straight away, sent over some pictures of the pen and they were happy to give a price, they also give a recommendation on postage which is handy too, payment was sent the same day they received the pen.
