Jan 31,2025I ordered an Aeroe rear rack and provided that to my local bike assembly guy (a different national chain store) to fit to the new e-bike I purchased from them. The assembly guy called and said that two of the straps were missing from the parcel of gear I provided to them. I called Dyson Bikes (where I bought the rack from) to order a replacement set and they were excellent in customer care. It turned out that the assembly guy didn't look hard enough, so I have a surplus set of straps now.
