Nov 12,2021I purchased a Dyson electric bike ( Hard Tail Evo ) about 2 years ago and have encountered an issue with the hub motor after riding approximately 1400 kilometres. The rear wheel was returned to Dyson bikes under warranty and repairs were carried out and returned to me very quickly. The service provided by Dyson has been excellent and the bike now appears to be working as it should. It has been a highly positive experience dealing with Dyson Bikes on this issue and it is reassuring to know that Dyson Bikes are prepared to back their products and demonstrate a determination to resolve any issues that arise. I appreciate the professional service that has been provided.

The bikes were easy to assemble and all tools are supplied. I have only had one ride so far and there are no problems, seems to be smoother power delivery than the more expensive bikes I have hired. Early days but very happy so far.
