Jul 28,2021I live in Brisbane and don't even ride electric bikes. But Dyson bike has the part I was after online cheaper than Amazon or anyone else. I rang them and they gave me advice that saved me from ordering the wrong size. I ended up buying a little extra bit for the part they recommended as well as some other cycling goods. They were super knowledgeable and happy to help and I had my package in 3 or 4 business day from Melbourne to Brisbane's outer suburbs while Melbourne is in COVID-19 lockdown too. Will use then again with an easy mind for and bits and pieces for my bike I need (even if it's not electric). 10/10 would recommend!!!
